.SYNOPSIS... Dry weather is expected through Saturday as high
pressure builds over the southeastern US. Poor to hazardous
boating continues on Thursday before conditions improve Friday
into the weekend, with high pressure situated near and north of
the local Atlantic. Isolated showers cannot be ruled out this
weekend, especially south of the Cape.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Northeast winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts
around 30 knots, especially north of Sebastian Inlet. Seas
building 7 to 10 feet.
