.SYNOPSIS...Marginal hazardous boating conditions continue on
fresh northerly breezes behind a strong cold front, with poor to
hazardous conditions lingering into Saturday. High pressure over
the Mid-Atlantic states will allow moderate onshore flow to return
this weekend and into Monday. Another cold front approaches the
waters on Tuesday.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Northerly winds 20 knots with higher gusts.
Seas building to 5 to 8 feet.
