.SYNOPSIS...Hazardous to dangerous boating conditions are
developing tonight into Tuesday as northerly winds strengthen and
seas build. While winds begin to decrease Tuesday afternoon,
hazardous seas will persist. Conditions begin to improve mid week
as high pressure settles across the local Atlantic waters.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...North to northwest winds 20 to 30 knots
with frequent gusts to gale force north of Sebastian Inlet. Seas
building 10 to 13 feet overnight.
