.SYNOPSIS...Broad high pressure over the Atlantic waters will
maintain generally favorable boating conditions early this week.
Scattered showers and storms are forecast each day, capable of
gusty winds and frequent lightning. A surface high is forecast to
expand over the eastern U.S. into the middle of next week, leading
to increasing winds and seas across the local Atlantic.
