.DISCUSSION...
Scattered to numerous showers and storms remain in the forecast
early this week, as a disturbance lingers aloft, with deep moisture
in place. Storm hazards will include frequent lightning strikes,
strong wind gusts, and heavy downpours. Onshore flow prevails each
day, reaching 10 mph or less in the afternoons, with light and
variable winds overnight. No min RH concerns. Dispersion will remain
poor to fair.
Fog potential...Patchy fog is possible over Okeechobee and the
Treasure coast early this morning. Otherwise, widespread fog is not
forecast. Localized visibility reductions due to smoke from new or
existing fires will be possible even if fog is not forecast.
