.DISCUSSION...
High pressure at the surface and aloft is forecast to remain in
place across east central Florida and dry air will limit rain and
storm chances this afternoon and again Wednesday. A little higher
coverage of storms is forecast over the interior Thursday and
especially Friday afternoons. Minimum RH values are forecast to
remain above critical thresholds. South winds at 5 to 10 mph become
east to southeast during the afternoon behind the east coast sea
breeze. Max temperatures climb into the mid 90s interior and near 90
coast each afternoon. Afternoon smoke dispersion values are forecast
to be good to very good.
Fog potential and other remarks...Widespread fog is not forecast.
However, localized visibility reductions due to smoke from new or
existing fires will be possible even if fog is not forecast.
