.DISCUSSION...
A pattern of sea breeze driven showers and storms continues early
this week. Light winds turn onshore with the sea breeze today and
Monday but may become gusty and erratic near lightning storms. Poor
to Fair smoke dispersion early in the week becomes Good to Very Good
Tuesday and Wednesday as east-northeast winds increase both days.
There are no critical RH concerns. Seasonable temperatures in the
upper 80s and low 90s will combine with high humidity to produce
peak heat index values between 100-106 degrees through Tuesday.
Fog potential...Widespread fog is not forecast. Localized visibility
reductions due to smoke from new or existing fires will be possible
even if fog is not forecast.
