.DISCUSSION...
Locally heavy to extreme rainfall has occurred over portions of east
central Florida today. A Flood Watch remains in effect through 7 PM
for the entire forecast area, but will continue through 10 AM
Tuesday for the coastal counties. Rainfall coverage is forecast to
decrease tonight into Tuesday, but additional rounds of scattered,
onshore moving showers are expected. Drier conditions are expected
to develop later this week. Easterly winds 10-15 mph, with gusts to
25 mph, persist into Tuesday, becoming less breezy Wednesday. No min
RH concerns. Fair to good dispersion expected.
Fog potential...Widespread fog is not forecast. Localized visibility
reductions due to smoke from new or existing fires will be possible
even if fog is not forecast.
