.DISCUSSION...
There are no Min RH concerns over the next several days. Weak
offshore flow today veers onshore at the coast as the sea breeze
develops. Plenty of moisture and instability will lead to
scattered/numerous showers and lightning storms this afternoon and
evening. Some storms could be strong to severe with damaging winds
and large hail. Rain and isolated storms may linger overnight into
Wednesday as a cold front arrives, pushing south across the area
during the day Wednesday. Higher rain chances will be focused south
of Melbourne, from the Treasure Coast to Lake Okeechobee, through
the end of the week. Overall, a drier pattern is anticipated late
week into the weekend.
Breezy to gusty conditions are forecast Wednesday behind the front,
with onshore flow becoming established Thursday into next weekend.
Gusty winds are possible along and behind the afternoon sea breeze
each day.
Good to very good smoke dispersion is forecast this afternoon,
followed by generally good dispersion through Thursday.
Fog potential...Widespread fog is not forecast. Localized visibility
reductions due to smoke from new or existing fires will be possible
even if fog is not forecast.
