.DISCUSSION...
Tight pressure gradient between high pressure north of Florida and
lower pressure over the Bahamas will maintain breezy/gusty northeast
winds across east central Florida through Wednesday, with wind
speeds of 15 to 25 mph and gusts up to 35 mph possible, highest
along the coast. A slight decrease in wind speeds forecast Thursday.
Another surge of moisture will increase rain chances (scattered to
numerous) again for Wednesday and Thursday with locally heavy
rainbands affecting portions of the coast. There are no minimum RH
concerns over the next several days. Breezy transport winds will
maintain Very Good nighttime dispersion values tonight and Generally
Good to Very Good afternoon smoke dispersion values Wednesday and
Thursday.
Fog potential...Widespread fog is not forecast. Localized visibility
reductions due to smoke from new or existing fires will be possible
even if fog is not forecast.
