.DISCUSSION...
Unsettled weather is forecast to develop later today and into Monday
as a disturbance moves over the area. Locally heavy rain is
possible, which may lead to flooding in poorly drained and urban
areas. A Flood Watch will be in effect starting later this morning
for Brevard to Martin counties along the coast. The highest rain
chances today are from Orlando to Cape Canaveral southward. Those
high rain chances overspread all of Central Florida later tonight
and Monday morning.
East winds persist today and Monday, with gusts as high as 20-30
mph. Peak dispersion remains good to very good today, but poor to
fair on Monday, except good to the northwest of Orlando. RH values
remain well above thresholds.
Fog potential...Widespread fog is not forecast. Localized visibility
reductions due to smoke from new or existing fires will be possible
even if fog is not forecast.
