Fire Weather Planning Forecast for East Central Florida...CORRECTED
National Weather Service Melbourne FL
310 PM EDT Mon Sep 14 2026

.DISCUSSION...

High pressure builds over the eastern U.S. Tuesday and Wednesday,
locally increasing onshore, east-northeasterly winds. Drier mid
level air moves over the northern two-thirds of east central Florida
on Wednesday, but there remain no critical RH concerns. Rain chances
remain elevated throughout, perhaps briefly lower across the north
on Wednesday. Good smoke dispersion Tuesday becomes very good to
excellent on Wednesday with gusty 20-30 mph winds.

Fog potential...Widespread fog is not forecast. Localized visibility
reductions due to smoke from new or existing fires will be possible
even if fog is not forecast.
