.DISCUSSION...

Low confidence in convective evolution the rest of the evening.
Most showers and lightning storms should stay west of the burn
site the rest of the evening, but erratic motion could bring
activity back towards the coast in the next 2-3 hours (chances
20-40 pct). Lightning chances diminish after 10 PM. Passing
showers possible through the night and into Saturday morning
(chances around 20 pct). (NE-E) 5-10 mph behind the sea breeze
diminish after 6 PM, becoming light and variable through the first
half of the night, then settling to offshore (WNW-NW) 5-10 mph
the second half of the night. Guidance continues to favor
slightly stronger offshore flow and weaker sea breezes Saturday,
which could keep the east coast sea breeze pinned near the coast,
resulting in erratic winds and frequent shifts in the afternoon.
Quick, offshore moving showers and lightning storms possible in
the afternoon and evening (chances around 50 pct). Very moist
airmass and no min RH concerns. Afternoon dispersion values
become Generally to Very Good Saturday.
