.DISCUSSION...Gusty west southwest winds ahead of a strong cold front
this afternoon will produce Excellent dispersion at the burn site. The
cold front will cross the burn site this evening with a wind shift
out of the northwest. A persistent and gusty North to northwest breeze
will keep nighttime dispersion values higher than normal with very low
LVORI. A brief shower or sprinkles will accompany the frontal passage
but no appreciable accumulation is forecast. Turning sharply colder
overnight. Long duration of critical min RH values on Tuesday.
