Combined with humidity, the peak heat indices will reach 106-110.
Light winds this morning will produce Poor dispersion but southeast
winds will pick up early this afternoon behind the sea breeze and improve
dispersion values to Generally Good. An isolated shower or storm may
accompany the passage of the sea breeze boundary around Noon but the
focus for showers and storms will be farther inland.
