High pressure prevails over the local area through Wednesday, suppressing
rain chances. A few showers may develop along the sea breeze collision late
this afternoon and into this evening, though this is expected to remain
north of the burn site. Min RH remains above 40 percent with fair to good
dispersion today becoming generally good tomorrow. Patchy fog will be
possible near the site late tonight into early Wednesday morning. Southeast
winds 5-10 mph in the afternoons become light and variable overnight.
