.DISCUSSION...
Light northeast winds at 10 mph or less will persist through the
day, along with intermittent cloud cover. A diffuse east coast sea
breeze may locally enhance rain chances after 4 PM near the burn
site, and gusty winds could accompany more organized
showers/isolated lightning storms. Generally good smoke
dispersion is forecast this afternoon and there are no Min RH
concerns.
