.DISCUSSION...

Scattered showers (50% chance) and lightning storms are forecast
to develop this afternoon and evening mainly between 2PM to 10PM.
The potential exists for an isolated strong storm capable of
frequent lightning, wind gusts up to 30-50mph, and heavy rainfall
(up to 1-2"). Light and variable winds this morning are forecast
to increase from the west at 4-8mph before turning onshore with
the east coast sea breeze into the afternoon and evening.
Dispersion values will be Poor to Fair. No critical RH concerns
are expected. An afternoon high of 93F degrees with heat index
values up to 108-112 are forecast.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (30-40 percent). Chance of showers
                    and thunderstorms late in the afternoon.
Chance of pcpn......50 percent.
Max temperature.....Around 93.
Min humidity........66 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Light winds becoming southwest around 5 mph
                    late in the morning, then shifting to the south
                    early in the afternoon shifting to the east in
