Westerly flow between 5 to 10 mph is forecast near the burn site
today with no minimum RH concerns anticipated. Generally favorable
smoke dispersion values are forecast thanks to sufficient
transport winds. Moisture increases locally today, with scattered
showers and storms possible after 2 PM. Lightning strikes, wind
gusts up to 55 mph, and heavy downpours will be possible with any
storms that develop near the site. Rain and storm chances decrease
heading into the late evening hours. Similar conditions are
forecast into Tuesday, though rain and storm chances increase
slightly.
