.DISCUSSION...Post-frontal conditions today with precip not forecast,
but we will have to contend with low stratus clouds this morning, before
gradual clearing through this afternoon. Some patchy fog cannot be ruled
out for early this morning. High pressure behind the front builds into
the area from the northwest, then shifts south Thursday. Winds 5-10 mph
shift from the NW-NNW today to the NE-ENE Thursday. There could be a bit
more veering of the winds this afternoon to NNE. Afternoon dispersion
Poor to Fair today and Thursday.
