.DISCUSSION...Good morning. An offshore west to northwest breeze
will continue today and Sunday with speeds up to 10 mph. There is
a small chance that a sea breeze can develop both afternoons and
briefly switch the winds to an onshore component. Scattered
showers and storms will move in from the west this afternoon and
again Sunday afternoon and push offshore. Primary storm hazards
will be variable and gusty winds 35-45 mph, frequent lightning and
heavy rain. Afternoon smoke dispersion will be Fair both days.
