.DISCUSSION...
Quiet conditions are forecast through midday at the incident
site. Light winds will turn east-southeast once the sea breeze
passes around 4 pm. Between 2 and 8 pm, there is a 40% chance of
shower and storm development near the advancing sea breeze.
Frequent lightning, brief torrential rain, and erratic winds
gusting 30-40 mph will be the primary threats from any storms.
Dispersion will become fair to good by early afternoon. No
critical RH thresholds will be met. However, hot temps are
forecast with highs in the lower 90s and heat index readings 95 to
100 degrees.
