.DISCUSSION...
It will be hot and dry today, with sensitive fire weather
conditions expected across the burn site, as Min RH values near
critical values in the mid 30s in the afternoon. Winds are forecast
to be out of the south to southwest, increasing to 8-10 mph today.
The east coast sea breeze will develop, but will likely remain just
east of the burn site for much of the daytime period, as an offshore
flow keeps it pinned along the coast. There will be a better chance
for the sea breeze to push through the burn site after 6 PM,
switching winds to the southeast closer to sunset. Highs will be
well above normal, reaching the mid-90s this afternoon. Dispersion
values will be very good today.
