today. High pressure extending eastward across the southeast U.S.
will lead to decreasing winds out of the northwest around 10-12 mph
through early afternoon, becoming north around 8-10 mph mid to
late afternoon. Min RH values will be in the low 50s at the burn
site this afternoon, with fair dispersion values forecast.
