            Air Traffic Control at the Daytona Beach
            Airport reported a funnel to the east of the
            tower. The funnel developed within a small
            cloud line over the intracoastal, was
            visible for just over 10 minutes, and
            reached approximately 1/3 of the way to the
            surface.
