...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Flagler Beach to Volusia-Brevard County Line 0-20 nm...
  Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 0-20 nm...

At 1133 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was
located over Daytona Beach Shores, or over South Daytona, moving
northwest at 15 knots. Additional developing storms across the near
shore Volusia and north Brevard waters will also bring gusty winds,
potential lightning strikes, and heavy rainfall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

These strong thunderstorms will likely produce winds to around 30
knots, and could pose a serious hazard for boaters. A special marine
warning may eventually be required. Boaters should consider heading
for shore before these strong thunderstorms arrive.
