...FROST ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TUESDAY NIGHT TO 8 AM EST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
  as 24 expected. For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 34
  will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Inland Volusia, Northern Lake, and Southern Lake.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 9 AM EST Tuesday. For
  the Frost Advisory, from midnight Tuesday Night to 8 AM EST
  Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Wind chill values less than 30 degrees can lead to
  hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Frost could harm sensitive
  outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left
  uncovered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
