   The St Johns River Above Lake Harney and near Deland remain in
   Action Stage. The St. Johns River near Sanford is forecast to rise
   into Action Stage by mid to late week. River levels are forecast
   to slowly rise within Action Stage into the weekend due to a
   combination of downstream tidal and surge effects, winds, and
   recent rainfall.
