 The Saint Johns River Above Lake Harney, near Deland, near Sanford
 and west of Cocoa are in Action stage. A slow rise is forecast at
 all 4 sites over the next 5 days, bringing Cocoa, Lake Harney, and
 especially Deland at or near Minor Flood stage. These river rises
 are due to a combination of downstream tidal and surge effects,
 winds and recent rainfall.
