 The Saint Johns River Above Lake Harney, near Deland and near
 Sanford are all in Action stage. A slow rise is forecast at all 3
 sites over the next 5 days, bringing Deland and Lake Harney near
 minor flood stage next week. These river rises are due to a
 combination of downstream tidal and surge effects, winds and recent
 rainfall.
