...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WESTERN ST. LUCIE...EASTERN
OKEECHOBEE AND MARTIN COUNTIES THROUGH 530 PM EDT...

At 442 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms 8
miles northeast of Four Seasons Estates, or 10 miles northeast of
Treasure Island. These thunderstorms were nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Treasure Island, Indiantown, Fort Drum, Four Seasons Estates, and
Tradition.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Seek safe shelter inside a sturdy building or hard-topped vehicle.
Remember, lightning can strike beyond 10 miles away from a
thunderstorm. When thunder roars, go indoors!
