  Northeastern Brevard County in east central Florida...

* Until 715 PM EDT.

* At 636 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Merritt
  Island Wildlife Refuge, or near Playalinda Beach, moving south at
  25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Port Canaveral, Playalinda Beach, and
  Merritt Island.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Excessive cloud to ground lightning is also occurring with this
storm. Move indoors immediately. Remember, lightning can strike
