.SYNOPSIS...A light to moderate northeasterly flow will persist
through midweek, shifting more northerly as a weak boundary slips
through the area. Onshore flow returns Friday afternoon and
increases to moderate to strong Friday night into the weekend,
shifting northerly by Sunday as a cold front blasts through the
area.
