...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Alabama, including the following
  areas, Baldwin Central, Baldwin Coastal, Baldwin Inland, Mobile
  Central, Mobile Coastal and Mobile Inland and northwest Florida,
  including the following areas, Escambia Coastal, Escambia Inland,
  Okaloosa Coastal, Okaloosa Inland, Santa Rosa Coastal and Santa
  Rosa Inland.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains
  and ditches may become clogged with debris.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are expected through this
    afternoon. Additional rainfall amounts of 4 to 6 inches are
    expected with locally higher amounts of up to 10 inches possible.
    This may lead to flash flooding, especially in urban and poor
    drainage areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
