.DISCUSSION...Isolated to scattered showers and storms are
expected Wednesday with scattered to locally numerous showers and
storms following for Thursday. Afternoon relative humidity values
remain well above critical levels through mid week. Transport
winds will be mostly southerly to southwesterly Wednesday and
southwesterly to westerly on Thursday. Dispersion index values
will be generally good to good Wednesday and fair to good on
Thursday.
