following for Friday. Afternoon relative humidity values remain
above critical levels. Transport winds will be mostly
northwesterly to westerly Thursday and westerly to southwesterly
on Friday. Dispersion index values will be fair to generally good
both days.

Fog potential and other remarks...Fog development is not expected
