.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions are expected through Tuesday.
Afternoon relative humidity values drop to near critical levels
this afternoon areawide (generally around 23-28%) and to around
20-28% over interior areas on Tuesday. Some lower humidity values
cannot be ruled out, however 20 foot winds are expected to remain
well below Red Flag criteria. Transport winds will be mostly
northerly today and mostly easterly to northeasterly on Tuesday.
Dispersion index values will be fair to generally good both days.
Fog potential and other remarks...Fog development is not expected
tonight.
