Afternoon relative humidity values remain above critical levels
for the rest of today through Friday. Transport winds will back
to the south tonight and be southerly to southeasterly on
Thursday and Friday. Dispersion index values over the next few
days will be generally poor at night (combined with high LVORI)
and generally good during the day.

Fog potential and other remarks...Patchy to areas of fog are
expected tonight and Thursday.
