.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions are anticipated over the region
through Tuesday, with an isolated shower or storm possible over
southeast Mississippi into coastal Alabama and the Florida
Panhandle Tuesday. Minimum relative humidity values remain well
above critical thresholds through Tuesday. Transport winds will
be mostly easterly today, gradually becoming southeasterly to
southerly Tuesday. Afternoon dispersion index values will be
generally good to good on today and fair to good on Tuesday.
