.DISCUSSION...Increasing rain chances are expected as we head
into the latter part of the week. Minimum relative humidity
remains well above critical thresholds. Transport winds will be
turning northeasterly on Wednesday morning and southeasterly by
the afternoon. Afternoon dispersions will be good to generally
good this Thursday and Friday.
