percent range Friday. Transport winds shift from out of the
northeast this morning to out of the south by late morning.
Transport winds out of the east Friday morning turn out of the
northwest Friday afternoon in the wake of a cold front. Afternoon
dispersions today will be generally poor, becoming fair Friday.
