At 823 AM CDT...Scattered thunderstorms were lifting northeast at 15 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Fort Walton Beach, Big Lagoon, Pensacola Beach, Shalimar, Fort
Pickens, Okaloosa Pier, Pensacola Bay, West Choctawhatchee Bay, East
Santa Rosa Sound, and West Santa Rosa Sound.

The primary threats from morning storms are wind gusts up to 30 knots...
locally higher waves...and heavy downpours. Boaters should consider
seeking safe harbor until this storm has passed.

Weather conditions support the development of waterspouts.
Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
waves and seas. If a waterspout is sighted...seek safe harbor
immediately.
