...FREEZE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY EVENING THROUGH TUESDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 23 possible inland and
  as low as 28 south of I-10.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Alabama, northwest
  Florida, and southeast Mississippi.

* WHEN...From Monday evening through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
