The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL out
  20 NM...
  Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL from 20 to
  60 NM...
  Waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 330 AM CST.

* At 127 AM CST, strong thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Okaloosa
  Deep Water Reef to 6 nm south of Oriskany Reef to 36 nm south of
  Perdido Pass, moving northeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Okaloosa Deep Water Reef.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
