* At 1036 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 19 nm southwest
  of Okaloosa Deep Water Reef, or 42 nm south of Mary Esther, moving
  southwest at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
