...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  Minnesota River at Morton affecting Renville and Redwood Counties.

  Minnesota River at Montevideo affecting Lac qui Parle, Chippewa
  and Yellow Medicine Counties.

.With no significant rainfall expected over the next several days,
area rivers should continue to fall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Minnesota River at Morton.

* WHEN...Until Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Riverside Rd and Front Street flooded in
  North Redwood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 700 PM CDT Sunday, the stage was 21.8 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 700 PM CDT Sunday was 21.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Friday morning and continue falling to 20.5 feet Sunday,
    September 07.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

  river begin flooding, along with some basements of houses along
  the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 700 PM CDT Sunday, the stage was 15.4 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 700 PM CDT Sunday was 15.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 14.6 feet Sunday,
    September 07.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
