Mississippi River at St. Paul affecting Ramsey, Washington and Dakota Counties. .Recent heavy rainfall combined with the forecast of additional rain and high soil moisture will produce additional rises on area rivers. Another round of widespread heavy rain becoming likely Thursday night through Saturday. An additional 2 to 4 inches of rainfall is forecasted to fall during this time. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
