* WHERE...Southeastern Waseca County in south central Minnesota...

* IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1016 AM CDT, the public reported flooding in and around the
    town of New Richland due to heavy rainfall that occurred last
    night.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
