Higher dew points tomorrow will keep RH values around 50% during
the afternoon. Winds will be light out of the northeast.
A widespread soaking rain is likely Friday into Saturday with the
heaviest rainfall amounts in excess of 3-4" across southern
Minnesota. Farther north, rainfall amounts of around an inch or
two are still possible.
