.DISCUSSION...
A cold frontal passage today will shift winds to the northwest and
bring down temperatures. After yesterday`s record warmth, highs
will be cooler today with highs in the mid 40s to mid 50s. The
cooler temperatures will be in central Minnesota where the front
will pass earlier in the day. This front will also help elevate
winds and bring gusts up to 30 mph today. There is little
moisture with this front providing for low rain chances, but also
low RH. Minimum RH values this afternoon will generally be in the
30s with the lowest values down near 30 expected in the Polk,
Barron, and Rusk zone of counties in WI. RH values will be
similar on Sunday, but winds will be lighter.
