Warm & humid today, with RH values approaching 40% this afternoon
across central Minnesota. Widespread showers and thunderstorms
slowly spread southwards across Minnesota & Wisconsin Tuesday
afternoon & evening, with rainfall amounts of 1-2" expected
through Wednesday. Locally higher amounts in excess of 3-4" are
possible, especially across central Minnesota & northwest
