.DISCUSSION...
Mostly cloudy skies today with rain showers moving west to east
across the area, starting in western MN this morning. Winds will
remain south to southeasterly at 10mph gusting up to 20mph at the
surface and slightly stronger just off the ground, with a westward
lean once the rain showers move through but not fully turning
west/northwest until later this week. RH will remain high due to
the rain, generally in the 70s/80s.
